I am using quickbooks self employed but I need to attach timesheets to invoices. Quickbooks SE will not allow attachments to invoices. Any suggestions?

Currently, QuickBooks Self-Employed doesn't have an option to add attachments when creating invoices. Though, this option is available in QuickBooks Online: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
