I am using the e-invoice features. When I send the link to my customer, they are being asked to sign into Quickbooks and not see the invoice directly?

Hello,

This doesn't sound right.  An "Online Invoice" should not require your customer to log into anything to view or pay the invoice (If you have enabled online payments).

I would recommend calling support so they can do what's called a "Glance" session and see exactly what's going on.

Good morning, @terriafnakasone,

@MarshallA is correct; it should just be opening to a page where the customer can pay directly.  Has your customer tried opening the link through a different browser?  Have you tried sending an invoice to yourself to see if you get the same result?

Let me know!

Lucas
