I annually create a budget with pre-fill from previous year and subdivide by customer. But this year the "not specified" category shows up as all zeroes. What gives?
I have reported this problem both at the end of 2018 and again now at the end of 2019 - same problem. It has been acknowledged as a problem, but it does not appear as if there have been any efforts to fix this. I have been on the phone with customer support for hours on this issue. Extremely frustrating as budgeting is basically broken.
