I annually create a budget with pre-fill from previous year and subdivide by customer. But this year the "not specified" category shows up as all zeroes. What gives?

  1. Use the Incognito window, and check if we can view the amounts under the "not specified" category.
  2. If you can, go back to the main browser and clear cache.
  3. You can use other browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

I have reported this problem both at the end of 2018 and again now at the end of 2019 - same problem. It has been acknowledged as a problem, but it does not appear as if there have been any efforts to fix this. I have been on the phone with customer support for hours on this issue. Extremely frustrating as budgeting is basically broken.
