I called last week to cancel my account and I see a charge of $25

Once you (master admin) received an email confirmation about the cancellation, then rest assure that your account has been cancelled already. Though, you can check these articles as your guide to see what that charge is:

Additionally, it's best to reach out to our Customer Support Team. They can take a look at your billing history so they can verify what that $25 for.

  1. From Help, click Contact us.
  2. Enter Billing Charge Inquiry in the question field, then click Let's talk.
