I cannot get my program to open on my computer
Having a hard time opening the program on the computer isn't what I want you to experience, dotcon. There are a few things we can do to resolve this issue.
Before anything else, can you share if you get specific error? If you could provide me with the specific error message you are receiving when trying to open the program, I'll be able provide more targeted assistance in resolving the issue.
While I'm waiting your response, you can try restarting your computer and see if that helps. It's also possible that other programs or applications running on your computer may be conflicting with the program you're trying to open, so try closing any other programs that are running and see if that resolves the issue.
If none of these work, let's use a private browser when accessing your account. There are instances when the browser is full of commonly used page resources, which results in errors or odd behavior.

If it persists, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. It speeds up the process signing your QBO account. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.
