I can't get the rules to apply to text 'contained' in a downloaded transaction and automatically assign a category and add it.
These are downloaded transactions from paypal and are refunds specifically where there is text contained saying "Subject: Refunded by store administartor" It won't assign categories and add automatically. What could I be doing wrong?
