I CAN'T PRINT MY INVOICES FROM QUICKBOOKS. IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM???

I cannot print any of our INVOICES. THIS IS TERRIBLE. EVERYTIME THERE IS AN UPDATE SOMETHING STOPS WORKING.

To ensure we're on the same page, I'd like to verify if you've encountered any specific error upon printing? Can you please add more details?

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend opening your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private window and try printing an invoice from there. Sometimes, the regular browser tends to hold onto information, and over time it could cause problems while working with QuickBooks.

 

You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

• For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P

• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N

• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

 

Once logged in, try printing an invoice again. If it works, then your main browser may have too much historical data from previously visited websites that cause this kind of behavior.

 

To ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
