I can help you in locating the invoice, noellenieporte.
We can set the Status and Date filter to All. This way, we'll be able to view all the invoices that you've created. I'll guide you how:
Select Invoices from the sidebar menu.
Choose All from the Status drop-down menu.
Select All from the Date drop-down menu.
Locate the invoice.
You can also enter the customer name in the search bar to find the invoice.
If you're still unable to find the invoice, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this issue. It could be that the stored cache or an outdated browser is the reason why the invoice is missing.
We can start by opening a private window and use it to access QBO. You can press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome or Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. Once done, let's follow the steps above in locating the invoice. If we're able to find it, we'll have to go back to your normal browser and clear the cache to get rid of the junk files.
If the same thing happens, we can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently using right now has a temporary problem with QBO. Using a different one in the meantime will help you get back to business.
I'd recommend using the latest version of your browsers. This way, you won't miss any updates and patches.
You can also recreate the invoice if it's the only one missing.
