I cannot print a statement for my vendor the Batch actions does not show I can print statement?

You can print the statement in the Create Statements page, tshafer50.

I've got the steps on how to do it:

1. From the Sales tab, select Customers.
2. Locate the customer.
3. Under ACTION, select Create statement.
4. In the Create Statements page, select the Statement Type and Statement Date.
5. Click Print or Preview.
6. Click the Print button in the PDF window.

The previous answer focus on the customer's side. As of the moment, creating a vendor statement is not an option. However, you can run the Transaction List by Vendor report to show the transactions that you have with each vendor.

Here's how:

1. On the left pane, go to Reports.
2. On the search box type in Transaction List by Vendor.
3. Click the Gear icon beside the printer icon to add columns and description for the report.
4. Click the date to modify, then click the Run report.

You can also customize, print, and email your reports in QuickBooks Online.

Yes thank you, that option has been suggested often, it is not terribly sufficient to email to vendors.
