Errors when sending invoices or other transactions usually occurs if:
- the settings are changed.
- there's a damaged on your company file.
- the a program component necessary for sending the transactions is damaged.
Before we do any troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend updating your QuickBooks to the latest release. This will provide minor fixes on the program.
