I changed my receipt forwarding address, but when I send from that address, I'm told I have to send them from the account I used to sign up. Can I fix change this?

Thank you for reaching out to us about your concern. Let me share some insight with you that would help you resolve the issue.

 

Please note that  If your email address has special characters, you may run into issues. Here's how to change the email address you use to sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

If you're still getting the same error, I'd recommend you clear your browser's cache.

 

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Most of the time, you only need to clear your browser's cache. But if you keep having the same problem even after doing that, you can clear Intuit-specific cookies. This helps refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when you use QuickBooks.
