I changed the company address but on the checks stubs appear the old one. How can I change the address on the checks stubs

Thanks for your time posting in the Community, @hectorcoss. I’m here to help you update the company address on your employees’ paycheck stubs.


The address showing on the paycheck is base on the Work Location that's associated with the employee. You can update the Work Location to show the new address on the check stubs. Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and click Payroll Settings.
  2. Look for Work Locations under the Company and Account section and click on it.
  3. Select the address that you need to change.
  4. Enter the new address and click Save

If you’re adding an address from a different state and wanted to change it as the primary location, you need to contact Payroll Support to switch it for you. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and help update the address, which we are unable to do in this public forum. For more information, follow the steps in this article: How Do I Change My Primary State?.
