Since you don't want to pay monthly fees and still want to access QuickBooks Online (QBO) information, you can cancel your subscription. Once canceled, you still have read-only access to your data for one year.
Here's how to do it:
- In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Account and Settings.

- Click the Billing and subscription tab at the left pane, then tick Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
- Select Continue to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Choose Submit and cancel subscription, then hit Got it.
