You can manually create an invoice to add the billable expense, manir15239.
When creating a billable expense in QBO, there's no Create Invoice option. The invoice will have to be recorded separately, so you can add the expense.
Here's how:
- Click the Plus icon.
- Under Customers, select Invoice.
- In the Choose a customer field, enter the customer's name. The open billable expense will show on the right side of the screen.
- Select Add for the expense you'd like to include in the invoice.
- Click Save.
