I didn't get the packaged I was promised during the chat with customer service before buying my package. Can I get the chat record with the customer service?

I want to make sure you'll be guided to the right support. I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself.

 

However, as much as I would like to get this handled directly, pulling up chat records requires your account information, which I am unable to do in this public forum.

 

I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support to help you check the status of your package and ask for the tracking number. All account-related concerns need to be directed to our phone support for security purposes.

 

Please be reminded that our Support Team is available from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 6:00 AM till 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Here's how to contact us:


1. Click the Help (?) icon.

2. Choose Contact Us.

3. Enter a  brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk.

4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call.

 

I recommend visiting this link: Account Management. These will provide links about managing your QBO account, income, expenses, inventory, and running reports.
