You can only see the billing address when sending on the statement form of the customer.
You have the option to send the transaction individually as this includes both the shipping and billing address. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Sales menu, then Customers.
- Proceed to the Transaction List tab.
- Mark the for the transactions you want to email.
- Select Send from the drop-down ▼ in the Actions column.
- You can also select the Filter drop-down and filter by transaction type, status, date, or customer.
- Select Send transactions.
Feel free to read through this article: Email and customize sales form. It will show you how to personalize your entries, like statements in QuickBooks Online.
