It's a delight to help you today, markcoxdirtcontr.

Let's make sure to turn on the Progress Invoicing so you'll see this option in your QuickBooks. I've got the steps below that you can follow:

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Sales tab.
  3. In the Progress Invoicing section, select Edit.
  4. Turn on the Create multiple partial invoices from a single estimate switch.
  5. In the Update your invoice template? window, select Update.
  6. Click Save, then Done.

Learn more about progress invoicing through the following articles:

If you wish to open a report and review your progress invoices, you can run the Estimates & Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer. This report gives you a complete list of all estimates and connected progress invoices.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search for and open your Estimates & Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer report.
  3. Click to open the report.

You can always count on me if you have additional queries while working with progress invoicing. Have a lovely day ahead.
