You'll want to check the filter if it's showing all transactions. Furthermore, please check the date to make sure the sales receipt is showing.
You can also use the Audit Log feature to check the sales receipt. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Audit Log.
- Select Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Select Apply.
