I entered a bank account that no longer is active. I want it to show up in the feed with the other accounts but it only shows up in the COA-any suggestions?

I can walk you through to get your bank transactions be shown our bank feeds, gina20.

We can only connect accounts into QuickBooks those that are active since we'll need you bank's website and credentials. However, I can show you how to manually bring up bank downloaded transactions into QuickBooks.

First, we'll need to log in to your bank's website or directly ask from the bank a list of transactions that we need. Please save it in a file format such as .CSV, .QBO, .QFX. Then, here's how to manually import them.

  1. Go to the Banking page and at the upper-right, click File upload
  2. Select Browse and open the file and then click Next
  3. From the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, select the account that we just created in the Chart of Accounts where we want to upload the transactions into, then select Next.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields. Then, click Next.
  5. Click Let's go to add the transactions into our account.

We can now categorize the transactions that's in our bank feeds.

If you need anything else, please let me know. Thanks!
