Hi bandkcross, when you uploaded the bank file, did you see a confirmation message indicating the upload was successful? If so, the transactions may be filtered out by date. To view all transactions, go to Transactions and select All from the Date dropdown menu, or customize the date range to include the missing transactions.
However, if you didn't see a success message, I recommend re-uploading the file using a .csv format to ensure a smooth import. Please ensure your file follows the Date, Description, and Amount column layout before uploading.
To upload manually, you can follow these steps:
- Go to Transactions.
- Click the dropdown beside the Add transaction button, then select Import transactions.
- Follow the screen prompt.
- Hit the Continue button to proceed.
Once finished, a success message will confirm that the upload is complete.
