I got an email from QuickBooks saying I received a payment. When I clicked to view, it took me to my dashboard and there are no payments anywhere to be found.

I have gotten no resolution by phone or chat. What am I missing???

I'll share a few details about why it happened. 

 

When the payments are not deposited yet, we're unable to view them from the email you've got. 

 

Usually, it will be deposit in your bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. Please take note that it varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process the funds. 

 

If this is more than two business days, you can utilize your Merchant account to see the activity time frame.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to Merchant Center.
  2. From the top menu, click Activity & Reports.
  3. Then, select Transactions.
