I had 2 QB Online subscriptions. Cancelled one months ago. Realize I am still being billed for cancelled account. How do I collect the over billing?

I had 2 QB Online subscriptions. Cancelled one months ago. Realize I am still being billed for cancelled account. How do I collect the over billing?

Make sure that you've successfully canceled the other subscription to avoid further charges and then contact our customer support team to request a refund.

 

Here's how to cancel it:

 

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel.
  5. Complete the following the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

 

Once done, you can now reach our customer support team. They have the necessary tools to securely check the account to verify those charges. Also, they will also help you process your refund request.
