Buy nowWelcome to the Community space, @derrick-golf48-g. I've got some insights to share regarding the funding time for QuickBooks Payments
Bank deposits usually reach your account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. It varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, and which financial institution your client chooses for transactions to be deposited in. This also depends on how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.
The estimated wait time for credit card payments to be transferred to your bank would take 5-7 banking days, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days.
Also, if you already activated your QuickBooks debit card, you can withdraw cash from any AllPoint ATM up to four times for free each month. After that, there's a $3.00 fee per withdrawal. You can also withdraw cash from other ATMs, but there may be a fee.
Here's how to locate an AllPoint ATM:
When the map opens, it'll use your location services to provide you with a list of nearby in-network ATMs. For more details, see this article: Use the QuickBooks debit card to get your cash.
In case the payment still not deposited within the given length of time, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Support Phone Team. This team is the best resource for such inquiries, as they're able to pull up your account information. They can further assist with determining the details of the transaction and why it hasn't been deposited into your account.
I'm also adding here some resources to learn more about the QuickBooks Payments and its process:

Thank you Joesem for your time. But I did not lino to my personal account and they explained to me that it would go directly into my new quickbooks account. This is frustrating because a billion dollar company is closed on the weekends
I appreciate you for getting back to us, @derrick-golf48-g.
I'll share some insights about QuickBooks Payments.
When setting up your payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you're required to link an account. This way, QuickBooks will deposit the payment directly to your account.
Since this isn't the case, I recommend contacting our Merchant support team. They are available through Mondays and Friday 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time (PT). Rest assured one of our agents can look into your account and guide you on the best action to take.
When everything is set, you might want to check out this article that can guide in managing your online payments: Take and process payments in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be around if you need more help with your invoice and payment account. Just add the details in your reply and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Have a good one!
Sooooo my account is linked and there but I was told by them not to activate it to take the payments because they said ACh payments would process immediately to the quickbooks new account I got instead this must be untrue on there part.
