I had requested export of quick books on line data to quick books desk top. I got an email to login and see the task item. But task item is NOT there

I had requested export of quick books on line data to quick books desk top. I got an email to login and see the task item. But task item is NOT there

Let me assist you in making sure you'll see the task item, mrjesuraj.

 

Since you received an email stating that stating there should be a task to complete, you should be able to see the Task List in the Dashboard.

 

As an initial troubleshooting step, try logging into your QBO account using a different or a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some unusual responses. To use a private browser, here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once logged in, go back to the Dashboard to double-check. If it shows, return to your default browser and perform clear cache

Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.
