I had the QBs online in Dec. for a month,then i had to pay for another month. Im trying to log on to retrieve all my data & info but it wants me to pay monthly again.help

Hello there, @fw18.

 

You'll want to subscribe to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to retrieve your data and then cancel your account once done. This way, you don't have to pay the monthly subscription of your QBO.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe.
  4. Enter the updated billing information and click Subscribe.

Once you've retrieved your QBO data, you can now cancel your QBO account anytime
