I want to make sure we get to the bottom of this, I just need few information about your concern.
May I know what specific invoice date are you referring to? Is it the Invoice date, Shipping date, Due date or the Service Date? Also, where specifically in QuickBooks do you see the dates that are out of order? Any additional information or screenshots you can share is extremely helpful for me to give you the best resolution possible.
I look forward to a response from you in this post. Please mention me or add the details by clicking the Reply button below, so I can get back to you immediately. Have a great day!
I haven’t heard back from you for quite some time, and I want to make sure everything's working on your end.
If you're still getting the same behavior on your invoices, you can try switching to a different browser or private window. The private browsing does not store data in your cache making it a good place to isolate web data issues.
Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can try:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Try creating your invoices on the Incognito window. If it works, you can continue doing your task on a regular browser then clearing your browser's cache. You can switch back by pressing Ctrl + N on your keyboard. Here's an article to help you clear the cache: How do I clear the temporary Internet files and cache?
That should rectify the mixed date on your invoices, @quijada-ivette. Please do not hesitate to message me if you have any more QuickBooks questions. I'm here to help you sort things out. Have a great day!
