I have 2 drivers and i need to invoice each by date individually. When i view the invoice it shows by date mixed. Can someone help me with this. Thank you.

I want to make sure we get to the bottom of this, I just need few information about your concern.

 

May I know what specific invoice date are you referring to? Is it the Invoice dateShipping dateDue date or the Service Date? Also, where specifically in QuickBooks do you see the dates that are out of order? Any additional information or screenshots you can share is extremely helpful for me to give you the best resolution possible.

I haven’t heard back from you for quite some time, and I want to make sure everything's working on your end.

 

If you're still getting the same behavior on your invoices, you can try switching to a different browser or private window. The private browsing does not store data in your cache making it a good place to isolate web data issues.

 

Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can try:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Try creating your invoices on the Incognito window. If it works, you can continue doing your task on a regular browser then clearing your browser's cache. You can switch back by pressing Ctrl N on your keyboard. Here's an article to help you clear the cache: How do I clear the temporary Internet files and cache?
