I have 2 locations. Trying to figure how to create rules for 2 locations that share similar items from similar vendors. Do I manually enter? Trying to streamline.

For Ex., i get product from same vendor at each store and it auto generates a generic code that isn't specific to either location.

Yes, you'll need to manually enter the 2 locations since the option to create rules is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online.
