You can schedule a callback through the Help icon, @mytristategps-gm.

 

Aside from our phone and chat support team, you can also share your questions here in the Community. I and my colleagues can chip in ideas on how you can maximize the use of QuickBooks in managing your business information and finances. In the meantime, you can browse our QuickBooks help articles. It covers the most common questions about the program and provides the steps to find and use the available features.

 

On the other hand, here's how to contact us: 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact Us
  4. Type your concern. 
  5. Click Let's talk.
  6. Select Get a callback.  

Just a heads-up, we have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday due to COVID-19.  Also, they're open between 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time on Saturdays.
