Do you use QuickBooks Payments to take credit, debit, or ACH bank transfer payments in QuickBooks?
If so, deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. This can be the reason why you're customer's payment isn't showing yet in your bank account.
If you're a new user, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days. These early deposits take a bit longer while we set up your account. Then, we'll deposit customer payments much faster after everything is set.
However, you can check your deposit speed from QuickBooks Online (QBO) or the Merchant Service Center.
