Hi @resren2_2015-yah , you could up to date your bank transaction :

  1. Go to Gear icon.
  2. Choose Bank Account.
  3. Click Refresh On

I agree with gayatriluthfias20, resren2_2015-yah.

 

The Invoicing feature in the program is for tracking purposes only. If you've connected your bank accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed, all your recent transactions (including the invoice payment) will be automatically downloaded into your account.

 

Although, there times that you may need to manually update the bank account (clicking the Refresh On button) if you've noticed that it's not downloading the latest transactions. Once done, it's time to approve or categorize the transactions to put them into your account.

 

Feel free to follow these steps to connect your bank account (in case you haven't connect it yet):

 

  1. Click the profile icon and then select Bank accounts.
  2. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank.
  3. Select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another.
  4. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  5. When you’re ready, select Connect securely.

Alternatively, you can upload or add the payment manually if you don't want to connect your account.

 

With QuickBooks Online, you also personalize the invoices so your customers will recognize your brand.
