Let me share details on how QuickBooks Desktop Payroll billed you for your subscription. This way, you'll be able to determine why you're billed of March and April of 2020.

 

There are two types of payment methods available for QuickBooks Desktop Payroll subscription. You can either pay monthly or annually. If you're subscribed to a monthly payroll, then QuickBooks will automatically be billed you every month. However, if you're an annual subscriber, you'll be billed every year.

 

Here in the Community, our top priority is the security of your account. In case you're an annual payroll subscriber, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. They can securely check your payroll subscription and process a credit if necessary.

 

Moreover, you can check your payment method by logging in the CAMPS page, here's how:

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Choose your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Select Details.
  4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method.

I have been double billed for my payroll subscription. I was billed in March and now again this month. I need a credit?

I am billed annually. I have two employees. I was billed 531.20 in March and again this past week for 531.25?

I have tried calling different numbers and can't get through. I need to talk with someone and get this fixed before my card is due. We are suffering greatly during this time and I can't pay twice!

We charge your credit card and bank account for the products and services you ordered and received. Let me provide you some information about this.

 

We have limited staffing and reduced our support hours from 6 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time from Mondays to Fridays. Since your concern is sensitive and requires confidential information about your Intuit account, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They can verify why you're being charged twice and take further action. 

 

Also, the description of the charges depends upon your bank policies or your credit provider, that's why you're not seeing more details on these charges.

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your issue and proceed with Let's talk.
  5. Then choose your preferred way to connect with them.

I was billed in may for 549.99 order#100102245693321 customer #2934 and billed again in July ref#P1-74604488 for 650.00 also getting invoice monthly for 25.00 invoices 10001163280489 not sure what that is for

Have you recently updated your QuickBooks Desktop program? You may have upgraded to a new version, and that's why you're being charged twice. The Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) page has information on all QuickBooks subscriptions and services; I advise logging in there to see these charges.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Choose your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Select Details.
  4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method.

 

If you're unable to see the details, I suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support Team. They can access your account and investigate further why your billed twice.
