I have been having trouble sending invoices lately. Quickbooks is saying to check the email addresses, but they are all correct. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi there, userekohn. 

 

Let me make it up to you by making sure you'll be able to send invoices in QuickBooks Online. 

 

You can isolate and rule this out by using a private or an incognito window (doesn't use the existing cache data). 

 

Use these shortcut keys to open an incognito window: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

 

Log in to QuickBooks and send your invoices again. When you're able to do so, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the webpage data that's causing the issue. 

 

Close out any browser instances to complete the process. Though, you can also use another supported browser

It is a well known issue for months and they have been struggling to fix it. Consider having a 3rd party connector for the time being. Their specialists are standing by to onboard your needs to send your invoices and connect it to your QB Payments account.
