I have corrected some inventory & service items incorrectly connected to the bank account and not an income account. They are still showing up in the bank register. Help

It's my pleasure to assist you today. 

 

Once you're done doing the Bank Transfer, QuickBooks automatically adjusts the balances for each account, and the current balances should be reflected in the Chart of Accounts.

 

If it's not showing up on your register, make sure to have the correct date set up. Otherwise, you can verify the transactions if it's posted to the correct account through the Advance Search option.

 

Here's how:

  1. Select the Magnifying Glass on the Toolbar.
  2. Enter the date, amount select the desired transaction.
  3. Select Advanced Search.
  4. Adjust the filters to find the type of data you want.
  5. Click Search.

Also, you have other option to view any changes from your transaction, you can use the Audit Log. To know more about this, check out this article: How to view transaction changes in the audit history.
