I have emailed an invoice to a customer. They said there is not an attachment of the invoice. I noticed on the right side of the screen it looks different too.

Please check your Online Delivery setting and make sure it is set to attach sales transactions as PDFs (screenshot below). If set up that way, send an invoice to yourself to compare the results. If you experience the same thing with your client, please contact our Support to check this further. They can use more tools to find the root cause of the behavior.
Contact our Support on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PST.
Click on Help.
Type something like missing attachments on e-invoices.
If QB Assistant recommends topics, type in I still need a human.
If QB Assistant recommends topics again, type in I still need a human until you see the Contact us option.
Click on Contact us and choose Chat or Request for a callback.
