I have entered a sales receipt and saved it,it is not showing in All Sales. I have found it by a search of sales receipt numbers, but its still not All Sales.

All my sales receipt transactions are showing on the said page. We can filter it so we can locate and view the sales receipt you created.

1. Go to the All Sales page.
2. Click the Filter drop-down. 
3. Change the Type to Sales Receipts. Toggle the Date to when you created it.
4. Hit Apply.

If it's still not showing, let's pull it up using an incognito. I also suggest clearing the cache. It's a junk file that can result in some unusual behavior in QuickBooks Online. Additionally, please keep your browser updated. Old versions can also be the reason why we're experiencing errors.
