Let's pull up and customize one of your reports so you can find where your journal entries are located.
- Go to Reports.
- Enter Transaction List by Date in the Search address.
- Select Customize.
- Under Report Period, select the appropriate date of your journal entries.
- Below the Filter menu, select Transaction Type.
- On the Transaction Type menu, select Journal Entry.
- Click Run report.
Once done and if you're unable to locate the transactions in question, you can use this report to determine why they didn't show up: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
