I have online payments off in online invoices but when I send from mobile app it allows customer to pay with cc. How do I shut this off as I don't have this fee built in?

You can go to the Account and Settings to completely remove the credit card option. Before diving in, please take note that this process only applies if you have Payments account connected to QuickBooks Online. When you're, ready here's how to do it:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Payments menu.
  4. In the Payment Methods section, remove the credit card option.
