I have purchased a company that uses QB online. I wish to cleanup the data and export current customers and customer balances... I can export customers, but no balances.

Let me show you how to export customer balances.

The best report that I can suggest is the Customer Balance Detail. This shows how much each customer owes you and the individual invoices. You can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Reports tab. Search and select Customer Balance Detail.
2. Set the correct Report period and the Aging method. Click Run report.
3. Click the Export button and choose either Export to Excel or Export to PDF.

From the Reports tab, you can also use and export the Customer Contact List. This is the best report that shows customer details.
