I have questions about my billing. I was being charged $12 monthly and then it was increased to $26 this month. Kindly correct it. Thank you.

Hi ochieze-c. If your account is around 3 months old this is most likely caused by the 3 month 50% off discount that's offered for QuickBooks Online Products. Here's the page that shows the QuickBooks Online pricing. Seeing as the 50% discount equated to $12 a month for the Simple Start version this is more than likely the culprit. The pricing automatically adjusts after the first 3 months to the normal $25 plus applicable taxes. If you have any other questions be sure to leave a reply and I'm always happy to help. Bottomline, your discounted period is expired and you have to pay the regular rate now. If you wish to keep the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.
