I have random invoices being sent to customers without my knowledge. These invoices are not set as recurring. Anyone ever experience this?

I will go to an invoice to add to it and see a message that the delivery has failed. If I try to save the invoice, it says "every time you save this invoice the customer will see it". I never physically sent the e-mail.

Thanks for dropping by the Community today. I'm happy to help. What you can do is view the audit history on your invoices, this will allow you to see every single action made with it. Including, date of creation, date of edit (if any) and date of sending. This will also show the name of the user who sends it, or "System" if it was done automatically by the QuickBooks Product. To check this information out, follow these steps:

  1. Open the transaction you'd like to investigate.
  2. Select More.
  3. Select Audit History and this will open the Audit Trail.
  4. For an expanded view, select Show All, for a side-by-side comparison, select Compare.
