There are some possible reasons why the receipts you took pictures of aren't showing on the web browser. One of them is you login to a different QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. You'll want to make sure that the account connected to your QBSE app is the same account when you log in to the web browser.
Once you already verified the account and still the receipts aren't showing, it's possible that you forgot to save them when taking a photo. In this case, you'll have to take a photo of the receipts again and let the system scan them to enter the details for you.
