Hi there, Jos. You will only have the undo button if you’re using QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). If you're working with a professional, consider inviting them as an Accountant User so they can use the batch undo tool for you.

If you don’t have the option, you need to manually edit each transaction to undo the reconciliation.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Locate and select the relevant account, then click View Register.
  4. Identify the transactions you’d like to undo.
  5. In the checkmark () column, change the R status to either blank or cleared (C) by clicking on it repeatedly.
  6. Click Save.

Let us know in the comments if you have additional questions.
