Hi there, @1earthlandscape.
Let's check the Audit Log to verify who made the writings on the next customer statement. Also, you can delete if there are writing created on the page.
Here's how:
- At the top right, click the Gear icon.
- Select Audit Log.
- Select the Filter button.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Select Apply.
If there’s no user created the writings, let’s perform troubleshooting steps to fix this. When QuickBooks has unexpected behavior, it is recommended to use a private browser. Cache tends to hold onto information and after a while, it can cause issues in the web pages.
Check out the keyboard shortcuts below:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works, you can go back to regular browsing and clear the browser's cache to improve the program's performance. I'd also suggest using a supported browser to have a better and secure experience when using QBO.
Feel free to visit our help article page if you have other QuickBooks concerns.
I'm just a few clicks away if you need further assistance.
