I just changed the business address of the company. Why does it not reflect on past pay statements?

I understand that you want to change the business address on your past pay statements. Though it seems that you're using a full-service payroll that's why you can't see the work locations in the payroll settings. It's best to seek some help from our Payroll Specialist so they can further assist you with it.
Go to the Help menu and select Contact Us.
Enter Work Locations, then click Let's talk.
Choose either to Start a message or Get a callback.
