Changing the business address of the company in the Account and Settings page won't reflect on the past pay statements or pay stubs unless you update the Work Locations in the Payroll settings page.

Once done, your new company address will now be reflected on the past pay stubs.

I don't see Company and Account section or Work Locations in my payroll settings. Is there some other way to do this?

I understand that you want to change the business address on your past pay statements. Though it seems that you're using a full-service payroll that's why you can't see the work locations in the payroll settings. It's best to seek some help from our Payroll Specialist so they can further assist you with it.
