I just typed up 50 invoices. How do I create a report showing just those 50 invoices & the grand total of them all together???

I know exactly what report can generate this data, Maeflowers.

 

You can pull up the Invoice List report and filter it to today's date. This way, only the invoices you've created will be displayed.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Reports on the left panel.
  2. Type Invoice List in the search box.
  3. From the report, click the drop-down arrow below Report period and select Today.
  4. On the Group by drop-down, select Transaction Type.
  5. Click the Run report button to see the 50 invoice you've created and their grand total.
