There's no extra charge for contacting our Email and Chat Support Team for QuickBooks Self-Employed. You will only be asked for your billing information if you're reactivating or upgrading your subscription.


For us to take a closer look the transaction and determine what it is for, please contact our Chat and Email Support Team. Just click Assistant in the upper-right hand corner of QuickBooks Self-Employed.
