I'm being charged twice, but I don't know why? One charge from Intuit, the other charge from Quickbooks.

While we cant see specifics about your charges here in the Community, as this is a public forum setting, if you reach out to our support team, they will be able to guide you step-by-step in a private one-on-one setting. To reach them, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Help menu (?) then tap Contact Us.
  2. Enter your question or concern in the search box then click Continue.
  3. Choose the Call me back function.
