I'm billing less than $1000 a year for the foreseeable future which does not make sense for a $70/month QBO account - i do need to send a couple of invoices. Ideas?

Hi Jonathan,

I know this is a tough time for us, and we want you to know that we're here to help.

I would recommend contacting our Support so they can take a look at your account and see possible options. That way, you can still continue sending invoices to your customers.

  1. Click on Help and select Contact Us at the bottom.
  2. You can paste your question in the text box and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose Message an agent or Get a callback. Check the support's office hours here.

You can also keep yourself updated with the latest news and changes in QuickBooks by visiting our Blog page.

Let me know if you have other questions in mind.

Visit this reference and consider switch to QBSE

For QBSE, currently company offers $1/month for 12 months.

Otherwise, switch to QB Desktop with a one time license. You may get QB 2020 Pro 1 user for $200 thru a partner/reseller.
