I'd suggest using the Help menu to get in touch with a representative. They can securely check your account and explain why the subscription charges are increasing. Before that, please review our support hours below to ensure we can assist you timely:

Once fixed, I recommend going to the Billing & Subscription tab from Account and Settings. It helps you efficiently manage your payment and plan info in the program.

I'm trying to chat with Intuit Payroll and know one answers the chat. I want to downgrade my subscription. Were you able to contact them? Can't find a phone number either.
