I understand how you feel when your bill keeps going up. I'll point you in the right direction to help fix this. 

 

I'd suggest using the Help menu to get in touch with a representative. They can securely check your account and explain why the subscription charges are increasing. Before that, please review our support hours below to ensure we can assist you timely:

  • 6 AM - 6 PM (Monday - Friday)
  • 6 AM - 3 PM (Saturday)

 

Then, perform the steps below. 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter I need to know why my bill keeps going up. in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback or Start a chat
  6. Enter your contact information. 
  7. Choose Confirm my call or Send message

 

Once fixed, I recommend going to the Billing & Subscription tab from Account and Settings. It helps you efficiently manage your payment and plan info in the program.

I'm trying to chat with Intuit Payroll and know one answers the chat. I want to downgrade my subscription. Were you able to contact them? Can't find a phone number either.

For Intuit payroll, you can contact them from Monday- Friday 6 am to 6 pm PT. Please connect with them during their available hours. Also, you can use the articles below to get in touch with them. They'll help you downgrade your subscription.

 

 

Just in case, if you're referring to Online payroll, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing and Subscription tab.
  4. Click Downgrade next to your subscription plan details.

 

For additional information, you can go through this article: Downgrade Your QuickBooks Online Subscription. To contact QuickBooks Online support, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us. You'll be asked to enter a brief description of your concern.
  3. Click Continue
  4. Select Chat with us , Have us call you, or Call us.
